Assistant Team Manager (Long Term Support)

Salary: Grade I. Scale 35 - £43,421 to Scale 37 - £45,441
 
Hours: 36 Hours per Week 
 
Base Location: Various locations across the Borough

The role
Long term support provides 24-hour support to individuals with varying disabilities including learning disability, neurodiverse and complex health needs.  We support people to live in their local community, encouraging independence and social inclusion.  We offer a variety of different housing models and daytime activity within a number of resource bases across Tameside. 
 
This role will support the delivery of key People Plan objectives to support the effective management, growth, and development of the workforce to support the corporate priorities and functions of the service in accordance with regulations and statutory requirements. 
 
About you
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our management team, you must be flexible as this role involves evenings, weekends and bank holidays, you will also be part of an on-call team through the night to assist where needed. You need to be motivated and work under pressure.
