Ellenbrook Community Primary school is seeking to appoint a dedicated and visionary Assistant Head Teacher to join the SLT and to support the Head Teacher in leading and managing this Outstanding school.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced professional to broaden their experience and further develop their leadership and management skills. Specific responsibilities will include leading the school’s curriculum, work collaboratively with stakeholders to support the development of teaching & learning, pupil premium and early help.
You will be an excellent classroom practitioner and inspiring leader with a clear track record of outstanding teaching, strong subject impact and an unswaying commitment to our schools’ values and vision for excellence. You will demonstrate the highest leadership standards and are willing to go the extra mile every day to deliver transformational results for our children. The role will include two days class teaching responsibilities alongside dedicated leadership and management time to work with the other Assistant Headteacher and support the Head Teacher.
