Salary: £23,114 - £23,893 per annum (Grade 2)

Hours: 36.66 per week

Based: Maple House, Southlink Business Park

Role Overview: 

The purpose of the post is to provide effective business support to teams within the adult social care mental health team.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • To handle high call volumes within a busy team, working in line with both Local Authority and NHS guidelines
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service and exchange a wide variety of information with a range of audiences.
  • Undertake Admin and Reception duties, working as part of a team, between the hours of 8.40am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday
  • Data entry including checking documents for completeness and accuracy; attention to detail and an ability to work to required standards with little close supervision is essential.
  • Coordinate, Attend and Minute a range of meetings

Key Requirements: 

To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:

  • Will be experienced in providing high quality Customer Service combined with excellent administration and organisation skills.
  • Have excellent customer service skills to deliver polite, courteous and efficient service to colleagues, partners and service users
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to competing priorities and demands.
  • Have excellent time management skills, be a flexible team player and be able to work at pace with excellent attention to detail.
