Quality And Compliance Manager

Contract- Permanent 

Hours- 37 per week 

Salary- Grade H2 - £39,186 - £43,421 per annum

Our highly successful learning and employment support services; Blackpool Learning Rooms (BLR) and Positive Steps into Work, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, high performing and experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to work across both programme areas. The post holder will develop a comprehensive quality assurance framework which will drive and improve both the performance and quality of provision that we offer.


The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of a range of quality standards including:
• OFSTED and the Education Inspection Framework (EIF)
• IPS Fidelity reviews;
• Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF):
• ISO 9001


Our programmes already deliver exceptional quality with Blackpool Learning Rooms being graded ‘Good’ in our most recent OFSTED inspection (2023) and the Positive Steps into Work Service being rated 'Good' at our last IPS Fidelity Audit and the service now holds the IPS Quality Mark from IPS Grow.
