We are proud of our EPIC values, which were developed in 2019 in close collaboration with our staff over a series of workshops attended by nearly 300 colleagues. Our EPIC values act as a cornerstone for how we work with each other, our partners and our residents to deliver our corporate plan, priorities and ultimately our vision.
We believe that everyone has a key part to play in helping us to embed our values through role modelling and demonstrating the supporting behaviours that underpin each of our values and helps to bring them to life.
