Governing Body Clerk - Governor Support
Salary up to £30,426 depending on experience (pro rata per annum)
Full time, part time or term time only


Do you want to play an important role in supporting schools to develop and improve? One Education is looking to recruit enthusiastic Governing Body Clerks to join our dynamic and supportive team.

Due to an increased demand for our services, exciting opportunities have arisen to join our growing team of professional clerks who provide support, advice and guidance to Governors, Headteachers and school leaders in schools and academies across the North West.

Applicants will have excellent communication, IT and organisation skills, an ability to upskill and gain experience to provide regulatory advice to governors and the flexibility to work day or evening as needed. Apart from attendance at meetings, the role also provides great flexibility for candidates to work the hours that they want, when they want.

The role will particularly suit candidates with an education and/or governance background. Although we are happy to hear from other candidates with the necessary transferable skills to undertake the role.

As the role requires travel within Greater Manchester, you will need to have a full driving license & access to your own vehicle.
