Health & Wellbeing
Our Health & Wellbeing Strategy sets out how we aim to keep everyone at Trafford healthy, happy and productive.
The strategy is themed around 4 key areas, Healthy Lifestyles, Musculoskeletal Health, Occupational Health & Safety and Mental Wellbeing. To bring the strategy to life there are a whole host of tools, support guides, initiatives, events and activities you can get involved in and tap into.
These include but are not limited to Health and Wellbeing micro learn sessions, mindfulness sessions, celebrating national health and wellbeing campaigns, such as mental health awareness week and world sleep day, alongside Tea and Talk sessions run by our network of Mental Health First Aiders who are available to access by all our employees. We also have an Employee Assistance Programme and staff can access support through this including counselling where there is a need.
